i've gone through some pictures of football managers and i found few of them are hot or cute when they were younger :D and some just remains the same xD but still there are more managers yet to be found that are hot when they were younger (Bilic not included :P)

Jose Mourinho (there's a video of him in 1988, he's way hotter there xD)


Josep 'Pep' Guardiola (you have to agree he's kinda cute :D)


Jamie Redknapp (a pundit now. he was cute back then :D)

These are the guys who doesn't have much difference or look far scarier when younger than they are now :D

Arsene Wenger (he look FAR old in 96 then he was 2 years ago in 06)


Sir Alex Ferguson (for 20 years, the color of his hair was the only thing changing)


Jurgen Klinsmann (not much change from the Bayern coach :D)
